This statement and notice apply to this website – deltaswan.co.uk – only. They describe the ways in which Delta Swan Limited collects, stores, processes, shares and deletes your personal data.

Collection, storage and processing of personal data

This is a brochure site, it does not collect, store or process personal data.

However, the site does use Google tools to understand how the Site is used and accessed to improve the experience of visitors to this site. Google uses cookies to create this understanding, but user data is anonymous. Google stores the information its cookies collect on servers in the United States. Delta Swan Limited does not use any information derived from cookies, nor any IP addresses we collect, to identify any individual user of this Site.

Contacting us

If you contact Michelle using the meeting booker or contact form, she will respect your privacy. The contact form simply sends an email and stores no data. To use the meeting booker you will be asked to review the privacy policy of 10-to-8. This page explains how they protect our personal data. No information will be passed to third parties and Michelle uses the latest cyber security advice to keep all her devices, applications and storage save from hackers and malware.

You have a right to erasure of personal data and it will be deleted upon your request. Otherwise, Michelle will retain your phone number and email address until the possibility of working together has passed.
